Well known for it’s healing and medicinal properties carom seeds (ajwain) is widely used in Indian in the kitchens and in the Indiancuisines.

Heart health:

Consuming one teaspoon of Carom seeds with Luke warm water can be beneficial for heart and chest pain. Adding jaggery approximately one teaspoon with seeds can also be used for quick relief

Migraine:

Smelling carom seeds wrapped in a tissue paper can help reduce migraine headaches. Inhaling roasted seeds as well , can cure other problems related to head.

Diarrhea:

Carom seed is a natural cure to dysentery. Roast one teaspoon of Carom seeds on a pan to consume or you can boil handful of seeds with water and drink it twice a day for better and faster results.

Weight loss:

Ajwain also known as carom seeds have laxative properties that fastens the bowel movements thereby promoting weight loss.it also helps to regulate obesity.

Stomach aches:

For instant relief from stomachache that can be due to indigestion or constipation use carom seeds+small quality of Salt (pink salt/Himalayan salt if available),sip with warm water.
